Cancellation policy:

We are happy to assist you in the cancellation of an order prior to shipment. Please contact Eamonex to request cancellation of your order. We will verify the order status and process your cancellation and refund immediately if the order has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will assist you in starting the return process as per the Eamonex.com Return Policy.

Return Policy Canada and United States:
*Risk-Free Returns Policy within Canada and the United States

At Eamonex, we strive for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes you may not know if the product will meet your expectations and fit in your space until you open the box.

*To be eligible for the “Risk free return program”, the return must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
We offer pre-paid returns on items able to ship via UPS within 30 days of receipt from within Canadian Provinces (Does not apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and from within the 48 Contiguous United States (Does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
1:Please contact Eamonex Customer Care to request a return shipping label that will be sent to you via email within five business days.
2:Apply the label to your package and take it to your nearest UPS pick-up center
3:We strive to refund you as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item. Per inspection, as long as the product is in new condition and received in its original packaging will all parts, you will be issued a full refund.
International Order :

We are unable to accept returns for international orders. All international orders are considered final sale.

Damaged Items :

Please inspect your product immediately after you've received it. If the item appears to be damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them along with your order information to seller@eamonex.com
